Tumble 22 is a well-known Texas hot-chicken concept that needs a functional, high-energy environment built to handle serious customer volume.
SunRay served as general contractor on several of the locations and as the millwork contractor on several others.
The finished restaurants give the brand a vibrant, efficient space built for high-volume operations, a build-out that balances durability, function and the customer experience.
